1.How do I Login? Enter your Username and Password on the Top side of our homepage. Or, click here. If you have forgotten your Username and/or Password, please click here or send an email with your Listing ID to us at contact@nextgenhouses.com. Our customer service team will be glad to assist you.

2.Can I change my Password? Yes, you can change your password at any time. After you have successfully signed on, there is a menu bar named as "My Account" located on the Top of the home page, enter you new password and confirm your new Password click on "update".

3. How do I change the information on my listing? Login NextGenHouses by entering your username and password Click on Listing which is on the Top of the website, Click on the properties which you want to edit, Click edit, change what ever you want and click submit.
Update and/or change the details on your property. We highly recommend adding as much information as possible.

4.How do I remove my listing?
Login to NextGenHouses by entering your username and password. Click on Listing click on which property you want to remove and click on delete.

1.How do I add photographs to my listing? 1a. Login with your user name and the password. Click on Managing listing Click on properties, which you want to add more pictures
for each photo that you have, click on "Browse" to find the .jpg or .gif file on your computer. Once all of the file paths have been found, click on submit.

1b.EMAIL. if you have digital photos, you can include them as attachments in an email addressed to support@nextgenhouses.com. We ask that your Listing ID# is in the subject of the email and that the photos are either formatted in .JPG or .GIF, with the maximum dimensions of 300 pixels wide by 200 pixels high.

1c.POSTAL MAIL. You can send originals to our corporate office where we will scan and add them to your listing for no extra charge. Please make sure that your Listing ID# is included with the photos. If you would like the originals returned, simply send us a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

2. How long will it take for my photo(s) to be posted on my listing? Photos that you have uploaded yourself will be posted immediately. If you have emailed them to us or mailed them by post, we will process them within two business days of receiving them.

1.I just created my listing. How long before my home is accessible on your site? All listings are active as soon as they have been completely entered and approved by the paypal.

2.How can I upgrade my listing? Login to NextGenHouses by entering your Username and Password on the home page, click on the "Upgrade Listing" link to be taken through the upgrade steps.

3. When will my listing expire? Your listing expires in two months, but you always extend for more time.

1.How do I search for a home? There are different ways to begin searching for homes (properties). You can search by the price range, area, rooms, and property type.

2. Why don't some listings contain all of the necessary property details like number of bedrooms or bathrooms? Why is some missing seller contact information? Unfortunately, we have little control over how much or how little information a seller chooses to give on his or her property. While we encourage sellers to include as many details as possible, some choose to list only the minimum amount of information.
